Q: What is your order returns policy?

A: Unlike other online retailers we offer a full money back guarantee on any un-opened products that are sent back to our warehouse within 30 days after ordering. If you are not completely satisfied with your order, than within 30 days send us back your order and we will refund your order for any un-opened products minus shipping and handling fees that you send back to us.

Q: What if I accidently sent a opened product to you?

A: If you sent us any opened product to our fulfillment warehouse we can not refund you for that particular product. If you sent other non opened products within your order we can refund you for those items. If you wish to pay for the shipping and handeling for the opened product to be sent back, we will send you an invoice, once the invoice is paid we will return the opened goods back to you promptly.

Q: How will I get my money back?

A: If you paid via Credit or Debit card then the funds will be put back onto your credit or debit card. If your credit or debit card is no longer active for whatever reason, we will provide a refund via a business check to the billing address that was used onn the inital order. If you paid via Cash On Delivery (COD) or wire transfer then you will be sent a business check minus the bank processing costs. If you paid via Western Union then we will provide you a business check minus the bank processing fees. We won’t send funds via Western Untion or bank transfer at this time.

Q: How long will it take to get my money back?

A: If you paid via Credit or Debit Card then it can take up to 14 days after we received your order to inspect your order and the funds to show up in your bank account. If you paid via Cash On Delivery, Bank Transfer, or Western Union it could take up to 45 days for us to inspect the products and send you a check. If you feel that the refund is taking too long, please contact us asap.

In order to be eligible for money back guarantee, certain conditions and restrictions apply. JonSmokeShop and its associates hold the right to deny returns if any of the product is opened, or if the products are un-acceptable to resell. Customers are responsible for all shipping and handling fees involved in the return. Shipping and handling fees are none-refundable.
